Support for Healthcare Facilities and Clinicians

Funding programs to equip physicians, other clinicians, and health care facilities (i.e., hospitals/clinics) with the capabilities and knowledge necessary to address health disparities within the populations and communities they serve. Includes CME and mission trips.

Initiatives Addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)

Funding programs designed to address health disparities and social determinants of health. May include funding for measuring the impact of supported programs:

  • Mount Sinai Medical Legal Partnership
  • TimeBank
  • Food Insecurity
  • New programs

Community Crisis Reponse

Funding in response to natural and man-made disasters, critical incidents, and tragic events that impact health equity. Priority consideration given to underserved populations and geographies within or with a connection to the communities served in New York City and its surrounding areas. Does not include employee giving or support for individual family crises.
